All projects may require some or all of the following parts:

• Initial brief and investigation.
• Survey of existing site and surrounds.
• Town Planning report.
• Preliminary design.
• Detailed design and documentation.
• Submission for Town Planning Permit.
• Amendments resulting from possible Council or public objections.
• Preparation for VCAT, if required (rare!).
• Preparation of detailed documentation for Building Permit.
• Coordination of Engineering and other consultants' documentation.
• Submission for Building Permit.
